What is your cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is as follows: 100% refund less $15 booking fee when canceled 30 days in advance of check-in. 50% refund when canceled 8-29 days in advance of check-in. There will be no refunds for cancellations 7 days or less before check-in.
Refund requests must be submitted by phone. No refunds are given based on weather conditions unless the facility has been officially closed due to severe weather.
Is the camping resort pet-friendly?
Yes! We have a pet park available for guest use and our four-legged friends.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Are campfires allowed, and can I purchase firewood on-site?
Yes and yes! You can purchase firewood at the resort office. Please note that is cannot be brought in the wooded areas. Please remember to put your fire out when you are stepping away from your campsite. Because you can endanger those around you, this is one of the most important camping rules, regardless of where you go. Be sure to put out your fire before bed, before heading out for the day, or when you leave the site at the end of your stay. The general rule of thumb is to make sure the coals or ashes are cold.
Is Wi-Fi available at the camping resort?
There is Starlink Wi-Fi access on the property. Upon arrival, you will be given the Wi-Fi details.
Do you offer group camping options or facilities for events and gatherings?
Please contact us directly regarding your stay for large groups and gatherings.
What are the check-in and check-out times for accommodations and campsites?
Check-out is at 11 AM, and check-in time is at 3 in the afternoon.
Are there nearby attractions and activities outside the camping resort?
Yes, we are only 45 minutes to Busch Gardens, Weeki Wachee Springs, and golf courses. Please visit the websites for Florida Adventure Coast, Nature Coaster, and Brooksville Main Street to learn about local happenings here on the Adventure Coast.
